Barlow Mountain's Fun Run & Wellness Fair

Where: Field adjacent to the Barlow Garden

When: Thursday, April 19th (rain date: April 20th)

Time: Directly after school until 5:30PM

The Bobcat Boogie supports the growing efforts of the Blooming Bobcats Garden! This is our onsite, outdoor classroom, and it enriches the ongoing garden curriculum used by all of the students every year. Whether students participate in the event or simply fund-raise, they all can earn participation swag, which this year are our own super-cool Barlow Boogie drawstring backpacks!!

Classrooms can also get in the race. 100% classroom participation will make the classroom eligible for the prizes and parties in the Garden!

The Suggested "Boogie" donation is $25 per child. (Yep, this earns you those cool socks!)

Additional donations are most welcome. Kids are encouraged to reach out to their friends and family for additional donations to help support the Importance of Learning in an Outdoor Classroom!

Event Details: After school on April 19th, all participants will remain with their class as they rotate through the various stations of the event, accompanied by parent volunteers. At 5:30pm, parents will sign out their student with the parent volunteer at the teacher’s designated sign at the field behind the pool.

Participation and VOLUNTEERS are critical for success. PLEASE SIGN UP!! Every year, this is a very popular event among students and staff! Parent helpers are needed for each class and throughout this fun, healthy event.
