We’re collecting gently used coats and boots of all sizes.
After the drive, our donations will be brought to the Rec Center to join items from other schools for a community-wide Coat & Boot Swap Fri 12/5 from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Click here for details Families are welcome to stop by the swap to pick up what they need. Any leftover items will be donated to a local agency to support neighbors in need this winter.

Dec 4 | 4th Grade Families: Dorothy Day
For over a decade, the BMES PTA has coordinated monthly bagged lunches for the Dorothy Day Hospitality House, which supports local residents in need.
4th grade families, we need: - 10 parent-child teams to make sandwiches from 8:20-8:45 AM (parents must attend) in the Teachers' Lounge - Donations of food and supplies
Join us Monday afternoons this winter as we: - Explore real-world problems - Dream up creative inventions - Build prototypes - Share our solutions at a mid-March convention
The Holland League, offered through the Ridgefield Basketball Association, is an inclusive basketball program designed for children with special needs, starting in kindergarten.
Kids enjoy fun, supportive Saturday morning sessions where they learn skills, build confidence, and feel part of a team.
Registration for the 2026 season is open—a wonderful way to get kids active and connected.
The High School PTSA has put together ahelpful resource list for families who may need extra support.
The list includes local food pantries, meal programs, and other community resources available to help.
