Family Movie Night at The Ridgefield Playhouse

This is a FREE event for BMES families!

Join classmates and their families to watch "The Bad Guys" (Rated PG) on Monday, April 3rd. The show begins at 5:30pm, and has a runtime of 1 hour and 40 minutes.

The concessions stand will be open for optional beverage and snack sales. Please do not bring your own beverages and food into the Playhouse.

THIS IS NOT A DROP-OFF EVENT! All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the show.

Every attendee (children and adults) must be registered for this free event in advance. Please add your tickets to the cart and check out. You will receive an email confirmation!

Woohoo! BMES is hosting an in-person author visit on Wednesday, April 19th! Susan Hood is a wonderful author and editor of over 200 children's books who will be sure to inspire our students with her presentations. A few of her books include Spike the Mixed Up Monster, The Tooth Mouse, Double Take: A New Look at Opposites, and Lifeboat 12 for our older readers, to name a few!

Tickets will go on sale April 3rd!

Parent volunteers are needed to start prepping student artwork for the annual BMES Art Show. Mrs. Anderson will work with volunteers to find time that works best for everyone, and the commitment is minimal. The art show is one of the most exciting nights for students, and they look forward to showing off their art! Please use the link below to sign up and show your interest in helping. It's only by creating an account that you can be included in the directory, class lists, and E-blast lists. All users must update their account information every year. Existing users, please sign in to your account and update your family information.

Teacher assignments will be available in late August. Once teachers are assigned, please access the Family Information Form and add your child's teacher. This is how your classroom volunteer coordinators will know which class your child is in. It is a very important step in setting you up to receive all communications for the year.

The BMES PTA is a partnership between parents and teachers who share a common goal to enrich student programs within the BMES community.

Membership in the BMES PTA is $25 per family and $10 for teachers.

We love our volunteers and appreciate any amount of time you are able to give!

Interested in being a classroom volunteer coordinator for your child's class? Click the link below as soon as possible and sign up to show your interest. The teachers will be selecting these helpers early in the school year. This is a great way to be connected to the teacher and get informed early of classroom events.
