Dorothy Day is a private, non-profit organization that provides community services, including food and shelter, to local residents.
This November 1st, we need:

• 15 parent & child volunteer teams to make sandwiches before school at 8:15AM on Thursday, November 1st in the Teachers’ Lounge
• donations of food and supplies

Click HERE to secure your spot making sandwiches on Thursday, November 1 before school or to commit to bringing food and/or supplies. Parents must stay to assist their children in making sandwiches please. Calling All Lunch Buddies!

We're looking for parent volunteers to help our KINDERGARTNERS and FIRST GRADERS on the playground and in the cafeteria throughout the entire school year. You will assist the kids as they adapt to the playground, learn how to navigate the lunch line, use their cafe pre-pay numbers and clean up their table.

Volunteers are needed from 12:10 PM – 1:10 PM each day of the week.

You can sign up for the day(s) that work best for you!

The BMES PTA Yearbook Committee will be working hard to put together the 2018-2019 Yearbook, which features the friends, fun and experiences your children have had throughout this school year. This is a wonderful keepsake of their days at Barlow Mountain Elementary, and is sure to be a treasure your children will cherish for years to come.  As such, we recommend ordering one yearbook PER CHILD.

Yearbooks need to be ordered and paid for months in advance of their distribution, so we encourage you to order them NOW. The books will be distributed via homerooms in June before the last day of school.
