PARENTS OF INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS
Kindergarten Bus Orientation is on Monday, August 19th at 9 AM.
This will be the only Bus Orientation; we hope you can join us. Please note, this not mandatory.
You and your child will be escorted into the cafeteria for a short bus presentation on bus
safety. After the presentation, your child will take a bus ride around our parking lot.
Order School Supplies for 2024-25 by July 7th!
PTA Back-to-School Registration
Membership for 2024-25 will be available in August!
NEW TO BMES PTA
Create an account to view all information on the BMES PTA website,
directory, receive weekly and special e-blasts.
EXISTING USERS
Sign in to your account and update your family information.
All users must update their account information every year.
Teacher assignments will be available through PowerSchool in August.
Once teachers are assigned, please access the Family Information Form
and add/update your child's teacher.
This is an important step!
This is how Classroom Volunteer Coordinators will know which class your child is in,
so that they can set up a contact list for all communications during the year.
Become a PTA Member!
The BMES PTA is a partnership between parents and teachers,
who share a common goal to enrich student programs within the BMES community.
Membership in the BMES PTA is $30 per family
(with the option to add an additional parent for $10)
and $10 for staff members.
WHY JOIN THE BMES PTA? WHAT ARE THE PERKS?
- Access to the PTA Member Directory on both the website and through the mobile app.
This is the only way to get contact information for other BMES families (for birthday parties, playdates, etc.) - Receive weekly and special PTA E-blasts!
This is one of the best ways to stay up to date about upcoming events and see what's happening at Barlow. - Easy Calendar Subscription for BMES and RPS important events and dates.
We love our volunteers and appreciate any amount of time you are able to give!

The teachers will be selecting these helpers early in the school year.
This is a great way to be connected with teachers and get informed early of classroom events.
In addition to the above opportunities, we are always looking to fill open positions on our PTA Board.

Wondering how to check your Order History to see your previous purchases?
- Sign into Membership Toolkit
- Hover over My Account (In the Red Bar under the logo)
- Click on Previous Orders
- Click on the Orders tab
- Click on each Order # to view the details of the order.
This only applies to order forms hosted by the BMES PTA in Membership Toolkit.
Any purchases made outside the system (such as School Supply Packs) will not show up here.
