We are incredibly grateful for the generosity

Your support is making a real impact
across our school.
Here’s what your donations funded this fall:
Cafetorium AV System Upgrade
We’re replacing our 20-year-old AV setup with
a new projector, screen, and upgraded stage
connections. This long-overdue improvement
will enhance assemblies, performances,
and events for years to come.
Start-of-School Teacher Funds
Teachers and staff received up to $100 in
reimbursement for classroom supplies and
materials that boost learning from day one.
Trunk or Treat Candy
Your donations made our free Trunk or Treat
event extra sweet by covering all the candy for
this beloved community celebration.
CT PTA Membership Fees
We covered Connecticut PTA fees for
175 families and 36 faculty members,
ensuring BMES has a strong voice
and access to statewide programs,
training, and advocacy.
RPS Council Dues
Your contributions supported district-wide
presentations, advocacy efforts, and funding
that also benefits underserved schools
across Connecticut.
Stock the Lounge
Snacks, coffee, and drinks were provided
to keep our staff energized and appreciated
throughout their busy days.
Barlow Angel Scholarships
Your kindness allows us to offer
discreet scholarships
so every Bobcat can participate
fully in school programs and activities.

The BMES PTA is happy to provide
no-questions-asked, discreet scholarships
to students whose families may need a
little extra help covering the cost of
school programs such as field trips, BSE,
PTA memberships,and more.
These scholarships ensure every Bobcat can
participate fully in the fun and learning
that makes BMES special.

This only applies to order forms hosted by
the BMES PTA in Membership Toolkit.
Any purchases made outside the system
