Given the high volume of School Dismissal Manager (SDM) changes on December parties, any changes made after the 1 PM cutoff cannot be accommodated unless it’s an emergency. After 3:30 PM, all dismissals must use the regular car line.
Before attending a school event, please:
- Complete the BMES Visitor Form
at least 24 hours in advance
if you plan to enter the building.
- If you plan to take your child from the event,
select Leaving Early, Not Coming Back
in SDM and note your name and the event.
-If taking siblings early, select the same exception for them.
-Sign your child(ren) out with security.
Security Reminders
All visitors during school hours such as meetings, events, library shifts, etc must complete the visitor form in advance and have an appointment. Please bring a valid photo ID when you arrive.
